I can't find the user manual for Vector flashlight/spotlight model # VEC 1138.....where can I get this? Thank you

Vector is a part of the Black and Decker company and almost all items with that name are made in China.

I assume you tried to Google the model number for "bulb" or "lamp"

Radio Shack sells AC/DC replacement power adapters that will work. Also RV places such as Boat and RV found local or online. Google Boat and RV and they have chargers there for about 12.00 - 20.00. Hope this helps! Matthew

Baccus just bought Vector from Black & Decker (Sept. 2010)
Looks like flashlight model # VEC 139BW but a different color. (Mine is White w/blue trim.) There is a battery in the top & one in the bottom, replace them at the same time. If I can find several battery stores in Buffalo you should be able to find a local battery store there.
Baccus- 877-571-2391 for main beam, area light no longer available. Try to find local distributor & save shipping charges.

You can purchase a battery from Black and Decker, they purchased Vectorlite in 2006, here is the link, you will need to enter the model #

Vector was acquired by Black & Decker in 2006, and their old website just sends you to the B&D site. I have had no luck finding a replacement battery.

However, Amazon.com still carries the original Vector 1-mil spotlight. 

I have this same light and have lost the charger. can anyone tell me where to get one. Thank you

u can get the cord from  radioshack just order 1 online for you.
