There is a red and blue shadow in my picture and have tried to fix the convergance, but it shows my blue is alligned and the red just won't allign. Some of the allignment lines are actually slanted. No matter what I try I can't seem to line them up, I can't even get them close! What do I do?

convergence has failed and need to be repaired. Once quick test is to
goto your convergence menu and see if you can adjust red and blue. If
not its has failed and needs to be fixed.

Your tv is experiencing convergence problem. if you have tried the perfect focus adjustment from the menu and still not fixed, then the convergence ics need to be replaced. these ics converge the blue and red beams with the green to give a clear picture.
