Can not get any power from the product is there fuses in it

A 2008 BMW X5 has 2 different possibilities as thas it a split year. It can have 2 different fuse box setup based on if the vehicle was made before or after 11-2008. You can look on the driver or passenger door jamb for a factory production sticker with the exact production date. ALso a power distribution box should exist under the hood. Here is images of the passenger compartment fuse box and each fuse for both options that year.

Battery junction box / under hood fuse box .
F17 20amp - early production model
F22 20amp - late production model
Smart junction box under dash panel left side
F15 20amp.

If fuse should blow, there should be a reason for that. Without locate it and rectify the same, if you replace an other fuse, it too will blow up. One main thing to remember is not to use fuse rated more than specified. A short circuited component/s at it main power supply regulator section might cause this. There are no fuses on the mainboard, not even in the powersupply.
The power supply maybe contains a thermal switch, but it does not pay to let it be changed.
The solution is to buy a new or used power supply.
If still no life when the power supply is changed, the mainboard is dead.

what fuse... Test the power supply with a psu tester like this one:

You can find this fuse in just about all online pool parts supply stores... When searching for the best deal..Use this info below... I would try radio shack first and see if they have the correct size/amp rating.. If not, order on-line.. One site of many is ... poolpartsonline.com???

Thats a defective product, and it should have just been replaced with a new one under warranty. Any device that is blowing out a recomended fuse rating frequently is defective. The product itself is overloading the fuse, and making it blowout. Do not under any circumstance replace it with a higher fuse rating. This will make the product a fire hazard. The technician should have looked into the problem which is not the fuse.

should be a 60 amp fuse (large blade type) under the hood that says EPS.
