Try this solution:

1. Open your Yahoo! Messenger
2. Click <Messenger> Menu and Select <Connection Preferences> and another window will open.
3. Under <Connection> choose <Connect directly to the Internet>
4. Click Apply and OK
5. Re-open YM.

Start your troubleshooting with a clean browser
Download 'ccleaner' and use it daily. Run it through a couple of times,using the factory settings and the 'Run Cleaner' control until 0 bytes are seen to be cleaned following a scan
Run the 'Registry' from the left hand toolbar but 'Save' any changes after opting to 'repair' errors.Never make changes to your Registry without saving the information.

On the sign-in page click Messenger > Connection Preferences - make sure there is nothing untoward in the lower 2 boxes - if incorrect make changes using the drop-box options > OK

Make sure that you set or assign a static IP to your playstation first through your dlink. This would ensure that your playstation would have its own ip address and wont change each time you restart your playstation. Once you have that fixed then you could use the virtual server and set it to open all ports for your playstation's ip address. If it still did not work then instead of using virtual server, try setting your Playstation as a demilitarized zone. If that still did not work I think it would be best to contact your ISP.
