Look in the c drive and if you see the folders:

C:\users
C:\windows


Then you still have windows 7, or parts of it.

Go to settings / system / date & time and adjust your settings.

Your bluetooth and Wireless Lan is not working because Windows 7 is not compatible with this devices. And unfortunately, you cannot find any drivers for your tablet PC that is compatible with windows 7.

So I suggest that you change your Operating System so that your Bluetooth and Wireless Lan will work perfectly..

Toshiba Tecra M4-S435 is Tablet PC. Windows XP (Profession) has no option of touch screen.
In order to use the feature, you need to install Windows XP Tablet PC Edition or you may install Windows 7, which supports this feature and you would definately be able to use stylus and touch screen, as I have installed Windows 7 and its working fine with all the drivers etc.

1) 4 gigabytes (Comes with 1 GB) 2) Windows Vista Home Premium (32-bit) 3) Inefficient, but this is my opinion. For starters, it is an old processor, with little memory to support it. If you want to upgrade to the 4 GB capacity, you need a new license to Windows Vista Home Premium x64, so that adds cost. If you can't perform the upgrade yourself, that will add more cost. This is not a fast system. 4) Intel Core Duo T2350, though some were produced with a single-core variant, in either setup, this will not be a very fast system. Depending upon your use, you may want to shop for a newer system. This system would be good for note taking, but not graphic arts, and I would not expect a snappy startup time with Windows Vista. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but better to find out before spending the money. Always try a system out before buying it, because numbers can be deceiving when you are reading specifications.

Maybe IBM have some drivers but as XP is obsolete, they may not.
