Wait for Java to finish loading before typing the username and password. Internet Explorer displays the router's login page before the accompanying Java applet is fully loaded. If you attempt to submit a login before the applet is loaded the router will reject it. Netscape browsers do not have this issue because they do not display the login page until the Java applet is fully loaded. If this does not solve the problem, close and relaunch the browser.

>my yahoo messenger crashes few seconds after i log in..tried to uninstall then reinstall for like 10 times now..help please:(

Good Day Ischan!

Please check if the problem is not internet connection issues. You may need to call your internet provider if that is the case.

Or, I would suggest upgrading the version of your Internet Explorer. Yahoo products like Yahoo Messenger rely its stable connection through Internet Explorer of Windows.

It doesn't matter if you are using Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. Just upgrade the version of Internet Explorer and that will fix it.

To download Internet Explorer, please go to http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/internet-explorer/downloads/ie

Good Luck!

Just tested it and logged in, everything seems to be good. Try clearing out your temporary files and history on your computer. Assuming you are using Internet Explorer to surf the web, follow the directions below:

1. Goto "Tools"

Cannot Access the RO318 Web Configuration Screen

You may have to remove proxy settings on your Internet browser (i.e.: Netscape or Internet Explorer). Or, remove the dial-up settings on your browser. The PC may not have received an IP address. Restart the PC or run the ?winipcfg? utility to dynamically assign the IP address (?ipconfig? for NT users), and then launch the browser
