Hi there. I have a Riccar 9900 It is so versatile and well used. I am looking to replace it with a modern sewing machine (it's very tired now) with the same features & accessories. Not bothered about embroidery stitiches. If they still made one - I'd buy it! Be grateful for yourbest match recommendation. Many thanks for you time.

A model # would help. Do you have a manual? You can look for the riccar website and search the manual. If its available as download, you can use the CTRL+F function to "find" words like lock, needle, or other things that can narrow it down.

Have a look at the manual for the 2050, maybe it's similar to your machine?

I couldn't find one based on the serial number. It's easier if you use the model number.
