On E152fpb dell only replace all driver transistor the c5706 or c5707 this 2 types of transistor is not desame one is PNP & NPN so you must be careful of replacing component maybe it will help you
Look for shorted out transistors (4) (c5706/5707) in the inverter circuits, this is common problem, post back what you see so we can guide you further.
