My intex it 3488 model tv tuner card is not working with my new acer al1916w lcd monitor. if there is no signal the blue screen displays in the monitor and all the menus and channel numbers are displayed in the monitor at that time. but when i connect the cabletv to the tuner card the monitor goes blank but the tuner card is working. The sound output is coming from the tuner card.
pls give me a solution for this problem as soon as possible

The intex it 3488 tv tuner has known compatibility problems with this particular Acer monitor: see here.
If the tuner card is new see if you can get a refund, by claiming it as faulty, after all this is a factory fault.
