Info found at http://downloadmirror.intel.com/19707/eng/DQ67SW_ProductGuide01_English.pdf
Front Panel Header Pin info for DQ67SW. They should be color coded too. 1 Hard disk LED + orange
2 Power LED+ green
3 Hard disk LED - orange
4 Power LED- green 5 Reset Switch - blue
6 Power switch + red
7 Reset switch + blue 8 Power switch - red
9 Power Out (do not use)
10 No pin
NOTE When connecting individual wires from your chassis front panel to the front panel header, be sure to observe the connection polarity. Positive wires are usually solid color and negative wires are usually white or striped.
There is also an alternative pin header if you have a power wire that uses a 3 pin connector instead of a 2 pin connector. It is the 3 pins just past pin 9, and it should be missing the pin in the middle of the 3 pin block. The pin closest to pin 9 is the power led + and the furthest from pin 9 is the power led -.

Very briefly touch a metal-tip screwdriver between these 2 pins.
If the computer powers-on, you've found the "power" connector.

PC Chips M756LMRT+ PII/III/Celeron Slot1/Skt370 mATX MB Motherboard, put this into new tower and having trouble with connecting the PW SW,HDD LED, PW LED and Reset SW back to board in the correct position...

I have the same problem! The PW SW, and Reset SW can go either way round. The LED leads do need to be correctly placed. If there has been any doubt in the past I have tried each way until one way works - this has never caused me any problems. One tip is that usually the marking on the connectors all face the same way.

New installation of mother board

Hi check the cables from the case to the mother board. They should be marked and the book that came with the board will tell you where to connect them. The std markings are HDD [red led] PWR S [powerswitch] RSW [reset switch] PWR LED [case power light] To test if there is no fault in the board or power pack. first visualy check the board to see if you have a red led light on when the power is turned on, if not the problem is in the power pack or the wall outlet. second if the light is on, the bridge the pins marked pwr switch on the board with a screw driver and this should start the computer, if not you have a faulty board. New Problem

The manual you need will be on the board manufacturers web page, howevr I will bet you have the case power switch and perhaps the reset switch on the wrong pins on the mother board. To check this, remove the switch leads from the mother board, then use a small screw driver and bridge the pins on the mother board a pair at a time. All of these leads plug on to the board in a line and not across the two lines of pins. when you get the mother board to fire up by this method geet a torch and look closely alongside the pins you will see the letters PWR SW or RS SW. It does not matter what polarity these two sets of leads are plugged onto both will work. The LED lights on the case front will only work if the polarity is correct but it will not do any harm if they are backwords. On the board you should se two sets of pins marked HDD and PWR these are the led light pins you will know you have them right when the usual red and green lights are working at the front of your tower.
