The picture started getting a triple image (everything was outlined in blue and yellow). We had a board replaced by a tv repair service, over $300 and the tv was ok for about 80 hours. (warranty on new part ran out before tv reverted back to same problem) We did some wiggling on the board that was replaced and tv was ok for about 2 months. Now the picture is triple image with bright(really bright) pink and aqua colors and the picture is warped looking..

tv is on it's 'hospice' end of life routine..unless you want to gut it completely, and replace all the electronics..

This would be the decoder/tuner board giving out, Your going to need to take it in for a replacment of that board.

you can try to unplug it for a while and see if it resets but i doubt that will cure anything long term. Proscan is known for this issue and have been known to have bad decoders in them.

The convergence amplifier IC responsible for blue alignment needs to be replaced. This is not an easy repair. Most reputable tv shops charge between $200 to $300 for this repair.

this a convergence problem and the convergence IC's will need replacing along with some testing of resistors and or replacement
to have a technician come out to do this repair will cost about $300 - $350 to get this fixed

Did you use the Automatica Convergence to try and straighten it out? If that does not help, you can manually adjust the convergence.
