SOURCE: on a bunn ultra 2 dispenser i have a fault on the

It can be weak compressor or faulty auger motor or faulty valve connections. As you mentioned that valves loose voltage as compressor comes on, this is indication of weak compressor or main board. If the compressor voltage checks ok then its main control board problem.-------- You will have to test it with meter. ---------- This unit has a warranty on it, if its not very old.--------- The warranty details is as follows:-- 1) All equipment other than as specified below: 2 years parts and 1 year labor. 2) Electronic circuit and/or control boards: parts and labor for 3 years. 3) Compressors on refrigeration equipment: 5 years parts and 1 year labor. 4) Grinding burrs on coffee grinding equipment to grind coffee to meet original factory screen sieve analysis: parts and labor for 3 years or 30,000 pounds of coffee, whichever comes first ------------ This should help.Thanks.Helpmech.

Get maintenance and shaft seal off diplay

hold down the word "gourmet" near the display for 5 seconds and release when the words change. it is a hidden button to get you into the menu. press and release until you get to the "pm" question then press "ice" for yes. keep hitting gourmet until it goes through the menu and the machine restarts. this will appear every 6 months to make sure you check your seals for leaks. if you have product flowing out of the bottom or side vents of the machine, replace the seal between the auger and the drum

Why can't you use Pepsi or Coke in a Bunn Ultra 2 machine

the brix level (syrup to water ratio) may be too low, which will cause it to ice too quickly and cause damage.

Why can't you use Pepsi or Coke in a Bunn Ultra 2 machine?

in order for the product to slush, it has to be at the right brix level (syrup to water ratio). if it's too lean, it will ice up causing damage. there are also silicon seals that will not do well with carbonation after a while.

Left auger not working. Msg. says "auger fault" then "sensor".

there is a sensor on each side in the back that monitor the speed of the auger to determine thickness of the slush. if the sensor is dusty, it causes an error.

remove the 2 screws and the panel in the back behind the bowl on that side. you will see the motor and the sensor in front of it. use compressed air to blow out any dust. next, check to see if there are 2 pins on the shaft that pass the sensor. if one is gone, you will need to have it replaced.

Left side error torque

More than likely a bad shaft,Part # 32449.0000.This machine when there is a problem tells you exactly what part went bad.Could also be the torque sensor board,Part #27939.1000.Alot of the problems stem from not lubricating the front nose seal (auger).
