Clock i can get the numbers right then it just keeps blinking i have a feeling when i'm done i hold sumtin down but i dono what to hold down

hold down the clock button till it blinks then uses the numbers to type it in and then hit the clock button again then WAM your done :)

To set up the clock...
Turn radio off.
Hide clock face.
Press and hold a few seconds “clock button” to bring clock face up.
Press and hold “power on button” till clock starts to blink.
The 4 buttons in a cluster on the right under audio, move the hours and minutes.
press power when done.

I've had two Pioneer CD players and they both were set the same way. Turn it off then press and hold the AUDIO button if it has one. Then keep pressing it until it gets to the clock. I think on mine the hour starts flashing. When your done just turn it back on. == Answer == I had this problem too. In the far right corner is the "A" (Audio) button. Turn the stereo off and hold the "A" button until the clock comes on. The hour will be blinking. Use the up and down "Select" keys to set that. Then use the right "Select" key to switch to the minutes. Use the up and down keys to set the minutes. Push the "A" button when you're done.

On the right side there is a push button switch labeled "Clock". It is springloaded so you have to push it in and hold it for a couple of seconds until the unit beeps and the hour position starts to blink. The volumn up and down buttons will control the changing of the numbers up and down and PM/AM. Pushing the clock button again will change the clock to the minutes position and you cann adjust the numbers up or down just like the hours. Push it one more time will lock-in the new time. Your done.

This thing set under my bed, lifeless til I was looking for something else and decided it was time to get this clock working!

(Use the stylus pen for best results) After putting in two fresh batteries (or hit the reset button if your batteries are fresh). This will reset the clock and the 'clock' icon in the upper lefthand corner will be blinking. Now press and hold the display area where the hour of the day is displayed. The entire time will start blinking. Now start tapping on the blinking hours to increment the clock slowly to the correct hours (it will cycle all the way thru military time and regular time, so choose what you desire). Press and hold with the stylus to increment quickly. Do the same with the minutes, that are blinking too. When time is correct, tap the 'clock' icon once. The 'clock' icon will still blink, which I believe is correct operation.

To set the date, tap on 3rd icon down from the top left (it looks like a little calendar). This will put you into the date section of the clock (if you do nothing, it will cycle back to the clock, after ten seconds, as a default). Before it cycles back to the clock, press and hold with the stylus pen right below the word 'DATE', until the the entire displayed date starts blinking. Tap the first two digits of the year to go down in years and tap the right two numbers of the year to go up in years. Tap on the month number to increment; do the same with the date number. When all date entries are correct, either tap the 'calendar' icon, or let the clock sit for ten seconds: it will cycle back to the clock.

I guess you can set the alarm in a similar method.

To set the clock on the Panasonic DEH-1600 car stereo, follow these instructions:

1. Turn the radio off by pressing and holding the SRC button (under the label OFF).
