Hello.... i have a nokia 2690 model cell phone.. i forgot the password of my memory card i tried a lot to unlock memory card but fails. i also used the FExplorer but it also does not give any assistance. i saw only two files on phone memory that is . predefgallery/ and predefjava/.. not any else named mmcstore. now please assist me how can i unlock my memory card... plz ans......

In sofware FExplorer memory card is shown as E drive & phone memory shows as C drive

So please check u have such drives in Fexplorer

If u wanna store anything in mmc just go to E drive & paste files in prospctive folder

dude 1st install FE-xplore from http://www.gosymbian.com/FE_beta_download_1ed.html  copy this link in ur browser then click FE-xplore beta 1.18 it will ask 2 install this application then go in fexplorer go in c: drive then in find type mm* you will get mmc restore rename itin .txt then open it

Well for that you need to format your memory card but as you format it everything on it will be deleted so you want be able to find anything afterward on it.

So if you think its fine if everything on memory card got deleted.

If you still have the same problem or any other please reply.

Select Menu > Settings > Security and from the following options:

• PIN code request or UPIN code request-to set the phone to ask for your PIN or UPIN code every time the phone is switched on. Some SIM cards do not allow the code request to be turned off.
• Security level > Phone-to set the phone to ask for the security code whenever a new SIM card is inserted into the phone. If you select Memory, the phone asks for the security code when the SIM card memory is selected, and you want to change the memory in use.
• Access codes-to change the security code (default code is 12345), PIN code, PIN2 code, or restriction password.
