I've had this same issue with my w595, first see if there isn't any signal issue with the network, after checking this, do cross check the antenna of your w595, by putting some other networks's SIM card in your phone. If the problem prevails, its sure that the firmware is corrupted. As in my case also.
Here you want to upgrade your firmware, to so so. You need 3 things. 1) USB Data Cable of your phone 2) This utility 3) Active internet connection.
