Look through this web site for one that is similar to your scope. However I don't know why you need a manual for this very simple telescope. The manual will not show you how to find objects in the night sky. It is only very simple assembly instructions.
There is a website that has a selection of manuals for telescopes for free download. It is unlikely that they will have the exact one you want, as Tasco made a large number of different models, but it is worth a look- at THIS LINK
Steve, your Tasco is fairly common, often copied by a lot of taiwan companies. Walmart carries that same scope right now, you could go there and peak at the owners manual or get them to make you a copy. I know the double lines represent the 18 inches of a deer's chest, and the other dials about the bullet ballistics, I don't know about, would have to see it. I thought it was just by the size of the 18 inch mark gave you the range and that was it. The scope did the rest. But I don't know. Anyway, check it out. Hope this helps.
