How do i fix my 89 jeep wranglers float in the carberater?

Carburetor floats are adjusted (if needed) when the unit is rebuilt. This is not a normal maintenance item and it is unusual for a float to become misadjusted. Rebuild kits for carburetors are available from parts stores inexpensively, and complete instructions for all adjustments and clearances are included in the kits, as well as all the gaskets and replacement parts you might need.

2000 Jeep Wrangler has the pistol broken according to a mechanic estimate. Car is shaking very much. I like to know how to repair this issue. Thanks

Pistol? No such animal in an engine. If you mean piston I can't see how they could tell you that without tearing the engine down. If a piston has broken usually it will damage a cylinder wall. Unless the engine is completely torn down and the cylinders are re-machined and fitted with new oversize ones, no repair is going to work.(not correctly)
If you have a bad set of rings or a bad wrist-pin, that can be done but generally that is still expensive.
Likely your best solution would be a good scrapyard engine or a rebuilt one.
Before going further though you should get a second opinion from another good shop. Since being online prevents anyone from looking at or doing the appropriate tests, that is something you need to have done.

89 jeep wrangler

Hello, We used to have this very same problem with our Mini! what you have here or havn't as the case may be is a good Earth to the Engine Starter and Battery so your cables are doing an overload job. Take an extra earth strap from engine/starter direct to battery!
Good Luck!
