Hi , i m using dell inspiron N5030,
but my laptop was not supporting windows xp, then i install here windows xp+darkedition v7
from then i m tring to install wifi driver but since dell wont provide os:xp for this configuration my wifi driver is not supporting this platform. I need help

Hey You just download patch , which will make your windows 7 driver compatible to windows xp and then before installing it go to wifi software property and then make it compatible to windows xp

Hi, Drivers for Dell N5030 are available drim Dell Official Support & Downloads for Windows 7 32&64 Bit) and Vista 32 Bit. Please visit the above link. Choose the Version/ Edition of the Operating System you have on you PC. Go to the Network Section and download/ install the required drivers. There are 4 Drivers available. If you know the type of network card you have on your PC, then its quite easy to select, otherwise download all the file and install them one by one. Here is a website I found containing drivers for the Dell inspiron N5030 for XP. While I haven't tried the drivers myself, it does list the specifications of the laptop, and lists each driver for each hardwar.
You can find all the drivers for the Inspiron 15 (N5030) at the Dell website here. Since Dell does not specifically include Windows XP drivers, you should first try the Vista drivers, since most of these will work with XP.
If you need a specific XP driver for a certain part, like the wireless card, you'll need to go to the manufacturer site.
