My laptop's care button dosn't work. I work with win 7. i can't find any driver for this. please help me.

The lenovo care button was built to restore the computer back to the factory state if in any case you will be experiencing software problem with your computer and you want to restore it from the original state. If this button will not function for no reason then then only person that can help you is the Lenovo repair department. You can send in the computer to lenovo depot repair and have them re-image the harddrive so that the Care button will be reinstalled.

You will need your serial number to match against which path to take. They have an "installer" program that will help you get the drivers.

Where did you get your drivers from? Make sure the drivers are compatible with Windows XP, Vista/7 drivers generally won't work. You can probably get the XP drivers from Toshiba's website.

I have acer extensa 4630z. i changed my os xp to win 7 ultimate. the webcam show in my computer while xp is working but not with win7. i upgrade all software but it dosn't work..plz give me solution.
I used a helpfixanypc.co.uk which is my local computer repair company for my software problems. However from the best of my knowledge i think windows 7 is not compatible with your webcam. I think the best thing you can do is try this software called yawcam [search it in google]. Its free and if it works you fixed however if not then i guess you need to find a driver but that might be difficult cuz webcam drivers are hard to come by for windows 7.

Hello what model is your acer, you just pointed out it was an acer aspire one net book theres different models, however your best bet is when you do find out what model your acer aspire one is, go to google type in your model number then the webcam driver and the operating system which is windows 7, for example: acer aspire one netbook zg5 windows 7 webcam driver.
If your stuck just add what model number your acer aspire one net book is and i will be happy to help you out.

Volume control button doesn't work
We're probably missing some information here... but, I recently upgraded an ACER to Windows 7, the volume control would not work at all. I had to download drivers from the ACER website for Win-7, then all worked well.

I installed win 7 sounds ok but 5.1 dosn't work.
Loads of people are complaining about 5.1 not working in windows 7. I have not managed to get it working since 7 came out. All i have done is ticked "Speaker Fill" so all speakers work but its not true 5.1. Maybe some day microsoft will sort it but i doubt it.

I would like to know the wireless drivers that are compatible with my laptop pc hp compaq nx6310. I installed windows 7 ultimate but my laptop cannot access the wifi hot spot.please help me
HP/Compaq ONLY provides drivers for Windows 2000, Win XP, and Win Vista for this model of laptop. It is based on OLD hardware and they are NOT going to write any Win7 drivers for it. If you want to use the wireless features, you can TRY to make the Vista wireless drivers work with it, but I don't think you'll have much success. Of course, you can always install Win2k, WinXP, or WinVista again...

Since you re-programmed your laptop, you need to install the driver for wireless LAN. You mentioned that you're using Win 7 now so you need to find a driver that is compatible with emachines and Win 7. But you can try to download the driver fromm emachines' website:
