Which three indicator lights? The ones to the right of the power button? If they are flashing, then your steam knob is open. Turn it clockwise and try again.

I had a problem where the machine would not operate and the water and grounds lights were on steady (red). After contacting customer support, they directed me to do a reset. This is done by disconnecting the power and holding down the ground coffee and decalcification buttons while reconnecting power. Then release the buttons and power on the unit. This revived my Magnifica from the dead, maybe it will work for you...

Remove the power chord an plug it in again. This shoud seht the machine into starting position.

have u switch it on on back cover ??? ummm make sure u have the bucket sat in correctly .....and tray is in properly... have you snapped off the peg on the rear of the bucket for wast ?? its located rear of bucket. bsc appliances bristol 07779933829 postal service too.

you need the unit reset ... u shut the door didnt you :)))) just let you no too we repair them postal service covering anywere..

we repair 07779933829 pcb and motor might need changing..
