I've had the Samsung L200 with the same Panasonic 1GB memory card for the last 3 years and it's been great, but all of a sudden today it started saying 'memory full' after only taking a few pictures. I cleared all of the pictures off the card and now it will only take 4 pictures and then says the memory is full. I've taken the memory card out and tried reformatting but that didn't help.

The camera is telling you that the internal memory is full. To get your card to work, you must clear it. With no card in the camera, go into the menu and find "format" and follow the on-screen instructions to erase the internal memory. Then, your card should work unless you formatted it in the computer, in which case you'll have to format (completely erases it) it in the camera.

Can't Upload Pictures

Try putting the memory card in a USB card reader attached to your computer, which should see it as another drive. Write-protect the card first.

How to download a video from samsung L200 10.2 megapixel to my computer?

ALTERNATE WAY TO TRANSFER VIDEOS AND PHOTOS TO COMPUTER
If your videos and photos are stored on the memory card, then remove the memory card from the camera and insert it into an USB memory card reader. Connect this USB memory card reader and memory card into the USB port of your working computer. Your computer will see this as an USB Mass Storage Device or an external storage device; you can then open the folder on the memory card and copy the photos to your computer. Memory card reader is a handy device and is inexpensive. You can copy photos from other cameras and you can also download photos off your memory card to someone else's computer without the need of installing any programs.

Are you saving your pictures to the phone's built in memory or to the removable flash card?

I would recommend shutting your phone off (hold the power button down for 7 seconds), reseating your flash card, then powering it back up.

Consider NOT connecting your camera to your computer.
The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program, such as Picasa.

Suddenly i can only see the last pictures I've taken and can't access the previous 100's I have on the memory card. How do I find those pictures?

Base from the description of your problem it seems that your memory got corrupted but just to make sure we may need to connect the camera to your computer and check it from there or connect the memory card to a card reader and access it and see if how many photo are there.

If the old photo are there better save those to your computer and then format your memory card from the camera menu.

Memory card parameter error is finding in my memory card.

The memory card may have developed an error in card logic format.

Save all data from memory card into computer, then format the card clicking right button of mouse on card (removable disk) on computer and select format option.

If you still get the error some time after formatting the card, then card is faulty, get a refund or replacement.

If I was in your shoes I would ask a replacement immediately, if card is really faulty it won't warn you before losing all your data.
