If the red or others blink look to see if they are blinking a specific number of times--like red one blinking 3 times, pause and repeating--this is a error code and may indicate what problem in set is.
if you have power problem without blinking lights or standby lights (red) the possible problem is power supply board..However if the TV have blinking or standby light but won't turn ON..there are multiple cause of that and need further troubleshooting..
Usually, the red light indicates that the battery is so low that there isn't enough of a charge to power the phone. Leave it charging for a while, then try again. Alternatively, if it is still a problem, take the battery out, which will reset the phone, then put it back in and recharge. Hopefully, one of those 2 options will help. If not, got to your wireless store for help!
3 blinks indicates lamp door is not on or has not been reinstalled properly. This also could mean the lamp door switch has failed itself. Try removing the lamp door and putting back on, if that doesnt correct the problem then I recommend having the switch replaced.
