Online tryin to get online but it keeps sayin an error occured during communication with the server this is a DNS error [80710102] even when i put in my dns codes

This is a common issue, do you have a thumb drive or aka flash usb drive? If you do use your computer to d/l the firmwareupdate
HERE then load the firware update from the thumb drive onto the ps3 via one of the usb ports on it, and hopefully this will fix your issue.

if that dont work people say u should unplug your router 4 a couple of minutes then plug it back in
