Thanks! That's good to know. I found my manual, and decided we hadn't cleaned it recently. I filled the reservoir with 1/3 white table vinegar and 2/3 water. That didn't seem to do anything, So I took a syringe and an IV catheter, (it helps to be in health care) and squirted some of this down "sprinkler". We let it sit a couple of days and every now and then, turned on the coffee maker, and in a couple of days it went. We put it through again withthe same solution (to clean calcium deposits) and then with water a few times to get rid of the vinegar smell. It's been working well for two days now.

Try cleaning it with pure vinegar. 3-4 times just keep running it through the machine.

You need to turn the knob on top to the steam logo. then turn the knob on the side to open the steam valve. then when you get all the steam you need turn the knob back to brewing

You don't have to wait 15 mins. just a few minutes, then run some hot water to warm up the portafilter and dry it up, fill it up with coffee and when you get the gree light again, make your espresso . You will have to have a good fine coffee and make sure to pack the coffee really good and don't leave any around the edges , so could make a good seal. If you have steam coming out of the machine , is maybe to hot and is ready to brew . Cool down the machine after use, run water through it and let the steam out of the nozzle.

I had the same problem.
As the machine is brand new, try washing the infuser under the hot water tap and then dry it. I then made a 2 cup long coffee and the red no water light stayed off.
