Go to 'Start > Settings > System tab > Clock & Alarms > Time tab', and make sure the 'Sync to current time zone' checkbox is unchecked. Press 'OK' a couple of time to leave the settings pages. Only in case you happen to have the ROM lock code, which came printed in the original box and in some stickers inside it (otherwise, you won't be able to upgrade the ROM), feel free to downloadthis file to your PC and unzip it, Make sure either ActiveSync (for Windows XP) or Windows Mobile Device Center (for both Vista and 7) is running on your PC, connect your 9502 to your PC through the USB cable, run the unpacked EUM SFX executable file on your PC and follow the prompts. As far as I know, there is no way to bypass the ROM unlock code request phase. It is a 15-char long code, different from the phone's IMEI code, which came printed in stickers, both attached to the phone's original box, and inside its printed user manual (loose, i.e. not attached). So, unless you find one of those stickers, I'm afraid you will be unable to upgrade your phone's ROM.

the only solution to your problem is to hard reset your phone.. unfortunately it would wipe your datas stored on your phone..
to try resetting follow this steps..
Take out the battery for a minute and then put it back, then press the Left and Right soft keys (the ones that look like a dash above the call and hang up buttons) at the same time, hold, and softly push the Reset button on the left? side of the device. Keep holding the SoftKeys until a confirmation message appears or the device boots up differently.

I suppose you better hard reset it. To do it, press and hold both the blue Fn and the green phone buttons, and, at the same time, use the stylus pen to press the reset button. When you release all buttons, a white screen will come up asking for confirmation. Do it by tapping 'Yes' (the left softkey, if I'm not mistaken).
In case you have not yet done it, try to press and hold the power button for about 5 seconds, until you sense a very brief vibration, which means your device will start to soft reset.
