Aircraft too heavy. Weight is extremely valuable/expensive and the weight of a parachute system would be too heavy and costly, sacrificing room for paying passengers.

The only way to have parachutes in GTA IV is to have purchased the Ballad of Gay Tony DLC.

>Check your phone, that is it on.
>Hold and press Green handset + Red handset + Camera key.
>Release holded keys, when you see Nokia logo.
>Now tap your lock code. (The default lock code is 12345).
>After this operations your phone will reset and maybe restart.

OR
>Press Power button, until your phone turns on.
>After that press Menu button and goto Settings -> Phone -> >Phone management -> Factory Settings -> Delete data and restore.
>Confirm your decision -> press Yes.
>Done

turn off your phone with hold the power button-----take battery out-----turn on again with press the power+volume up button, hold until samsung logo appear then release the button-----type *#9900# on call menu-----select "choose debug level" then switch to normal.

For the vehicles covered by this information, one of two types of freeze plugs may be used: a cup-type plug or an expansion-type plug. They are removed in the same way, however two different kinds of tools are used to install them. REMOVAL & INSTALLATION

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Drain the cooling system.
2. Remove the necessary components to gain access to the freeze plug.
3. As required, raise and support the vehicle safely.
4. Drill a 1 / 2 in. (12.7mm) hole in the center of the plug, then remove the plug using a Universal Impact Slide Hammer T59L-100-B or equivalent. Inspect the plug bore for damage that might interfere with the proper sealing of the plug. If the bore is damaged, you will have to bore the surface to accommodate the next specified oversize plug.
   

Oversize plugs are identified by the "OS'' stamped in the flat on the cup side of the plug.


To install:

1. Lightly coat the plug and/or bore with an oil resistant Stud and Bearing Mount E0AZ-19554-BA or Threadlock 262 E2FZ-19554-B or equivalent.
2. Cup type core plugs are installed with the flanged edge outward. The maximum diameter of this plug is located at the outer edge of the flange. The flange on cup type plugs flares outward with the largest diameter at the outer sealing edge.
3. Expansion type core plugs are installed with the flanged edge inward. The maximum diameter of this plug is located at the base of the flange with the flange flaring inward.
4. For the cup-type plug, it is important to push or drive the plug into the machined bore by using the proper tool. Never drive the plug using a tool that contacts the crowned part of the plug. Damage to the plug and/or plug bore may result. When installed, the trailing (maximum) diameter must be below the the chamfered edge of the bore to effectively seal the plugged bore.

1. For the expansion-type plug, it is important to pull the plug into the machined bore by using a properly designed tool. Never drive the plug into the bore using a tool that contacts the flange. Leakage and/or plug blowout will result. the flanged (trailing) edge must be below the chamfered edge of the bore to effectively seal the plugged bore.

1. Install all the removed components. Lower the vehicle, as required.
2. Fill the cooling system and check for leaks.

STEP1:
Uninstall Samsung PC STUDIO 3 , if you have downloaded and installed. since no one gets installation CD within the package.
STEP2:
Uninstallation of PC studio won't delete the drivers installed. Go to Control Panel--> Add remove Programs-> uninstall each and every mobile driver of Samsung. After doing it , restart your P.C.
STEP3:

STEP4
There is a file "setup" in the folder which you get after extractaction from V_Mobile1.0Broadcommdriver.rar file . Run Setup and drivers will automatically installed. Now after this process, attach your mobile with Pc. When you will attach mobile to PC , Mobile will prompt to select one from 3 options
1. Samsung Pc Studio
2. Media Player
3. Mass Storage
If it doesnot ask for these options , go to Menu-->Setting(#)-->Phone settings(4)-->PC Connections(5) and select ASK ON CONNECTION and reconnect the phone to pc.

You need FILE EXPLORER(pc version) for your phone and 1 java game to test it. You can download both in 1 package from the following links. Again there are 3 links , use 1 only. Other is added for your convienience

STEP6
Place folder Asphalt Urban to your C:\ drive or any other drive. Don't put it on desktop. Remember the path where you have put Asphalt Urban Folder
STEP7
Run TK File explorer by double clicking TKfileexplorer2.2.exe. There is no installation. Tk File Explorer wil open. See image below.
STEP8
This step is crucial and involve hit and trial and luck. open TK File(ur phone should be attached to usb and in pc studio mode). Now near to yellow question mark(see pic) , there is a setting button. click it it will ask for PORT.
If no port is mentioned , add manually in add port. To manually do
1. Write COM4 OR COM5 OR COM6 OR COM7 IN CAPITAL LETTERS IN COM PORT
2. Set Baud rate to 115200
3. CLICK CONNECT BUTTON
* Most of times it connects from above mentioned ports. try from port 1-10 if not connecting. Even one guy connected at port 16. So please at least try up to COM 16.

Transfer Asphalt urban folder to
EXE---->>>JAVA------>>games (you can delete the locked games from here)
Do ensure that files are successfully transfered by exploring your phone with Tk file explorer.
STEP10
It is not done yet. De-attach your phone from pc. Type *#6984125*# from your phone. A menu will pop. Go To INTERNALS. A master code will be asked. Type *#9072641*# Go to Storage Settings select Update Java DB.
