No... some Dixies you remove the large plate towards the front. I'm not exactly sure with that model, could be the bar the seat rests on but removing engine bolts would be wrong way to go.
there isn't such a thing... it's either a hydro (motion) belt or the deck drive belt. Dixie's also sometimes had 2 belts for the deck... the drive belt and the blade belt. your model number should be under the seat
Don't seem to find a 27060 classic. The only classic available is a 2760 or 2760T or 2760W.
Best to go to this Dixie Chopper support site and select the model carefully. You may not find a service manual but depending on what you may want to repair, the parts manual may be sufficient.
The location of the battery depends on the particular model of the Dixie Chopper Silver Eagle line. All 50" and 60" Silver Eagle machines have the battery located under the seat. All 34" and 44" Silver Eagle machines have the battery located directly under the muffler and main frame between the support brackets in the battery case.
