Question about Kitchen Ranges
A code of "Er" indicates a communication failure
between the Firmness Control™ System's base unit and the remote. To fix
this issue please follow these steps:
1. Make sure that the Firmness Control™ System is
properly connected to your outlet and the power cord is securely
connected to the base of the Firmness Control™ System. If the Firmness
Control™ System is plugged into a surge protector, make sure it is on.
If the outlet is wall-switch controlled, check that it is also on.
2. After verifying your Firmness Control™ System has power, you will need to resynchronize the remote to the base unit. The resynchronization steps must be completed within 60 seconds:
