This symptom is usually due to the wrong driver for the LCD used in the ROM, but if you haven't installed anything (specially didn't try to flash a ROM) than a hardware issue is more likely. You can try to use the HDMI out to see if the tablet is working normally and it's "only" a screen problem.
If it is a hardware problem and if using it with HMDI isn't enough for you and you backed up your stuff, you can try restoring the original firmware. It's automatic, you don't need to type anything, just wait until the tablet auto-shutoff to make sure the process ended and try turning it on again. Good luck.

Talking of setting up your connection, you mean the connection to a wireless access point you own. The wireless router must be yours, with your settings. You and only you should know the name f the connection and the way it is protected like WPA and the password.
If you don't have a wireless router, you can't setup a Wifi connection.
It is all in your manual belonging to the tablet and for the router there is a manual to. If you can't understand what one or both manuals are telling you it has no use typing here what is in the manuals. Please ask for help close by you.

1. Turnn completly off the tablet.
2. With the tablet turned off, holding the return button while turning on the tablet-pressing power button. Keep holding the return button until you see the Hard Factory reset screen.
3. Confirm the hard reset procedure. Once done, simply wait until process has finished-the tablet will restart. This process can take up to 30 minutes, so it's very important that the battery of the tablet is completly charged before attempting the hard reset. If you can connect it to the charger while resetting, even better.

have you tried using reset button? mine freezes all the time during games I can hold the power button for about 10 secs that restarts it. Or stick a small needle or something in the reset button, that should do it
