HI thanks for your questionOn your washer theres a electric pump sometimes foreign objects get caught in pump remove front panel . Using a blade screwdriver insert between top & front panel about 2 inches from corner .The front should now come off .The pump is on the left side . Disconnect pomer If your washer is full of water now put drain hose on floor or in bucket to drain water . Now remove hoses from pump & clean reinstal . Thanks for your question The appliance doc

are you referring to the drain pipe from the washer ? if so your drain pipe is mounted to low , it should be mounted so the elbow is above the level for a full load in your washing macine

Fisher & Paykel Smart Drive 7.5 washing machine.
Unplug the machine have someone tilt the machine back and look under the machine for a little fan on a motor give it a turn to see if it spins it might just be sticky or it may need replacing.
