Cusinart keurig coffee maker not working

What's With the Cuisinart SS-10 "EEO" Message?

A few reports surfaced that gave me cause for concern: A number of people were getting "eeo" error messages in the menu window. What panned out is that these were inoperable. When there were error messages like "add water" and "descale" that were out of line with the consumer's actions, the simple act of unplugging and waiting a few minutes then re-plugging it back seemed to take care of it
Also as per the manual, pressing and holding the Hot Water and Rinse buttons simultaneously will reset the machine and get rid of the nuisance "Descale" message that has irked some owners.
But as I found out later -The user manual under the Troubleshooting section says if you get "eeo" in the display window to "Call customer support" along with the number, so it is a whole other ball game - a sensory defect, and clearly a sign of a dud.

And this on Just Answer regarding a 2 month old machine.

Thanks for your question
I'm Martyn, welcome to JA.
This Error has been a reported issue with some models... a faulty tube is suspected
As it is only 2 months old, Warranty issues need to be dealt with by the store where the appliance was bought in the first instance...
DO NOT attempt any repair or you WILL VOID your Warranty
Call the supplier first, and they will deal or refer you
I hope I've been able to provide you with the information you were seeking.
If you are happy with my service, your positive rating, before we finish up here, is most welcome.
Need more help about this issue ? Please let me know.

And then I found this in a video.

Press and Hold the Hot Water and Rinse buttons will reset the machine.

And finally from the manual, "Call Customer Support".

Please let me know how you get on as I haven't come across this error before.

I have a Shaerer Ambiante Espresso Machine that is giving the "select beverage, heating steam" error message. What does this mean.

Please descale the machine. Make sure you are using authentic descaling product. There are many unscrupulous products labeled as descaler but contain Baking soda only.

I have a faema x1 grandaitalia machine , the water coming out of the boiler is only getting to 33 deg can you send me or a diagram of hot water system thanks or tell me what to fix problem

Ope you mean from hot water spout if so several problems exsist as this machine has a cold mix system to bring the roughly 120c water from boiler down to roughly 94c to use for americano. check spout and descale hot water nozzle or see if any black/brown particals in defuser(fine mesh in spout)as boiler pressure is roughly 1.3/1.4bar and mains water is roughly 2/4bar thus cold water will win if black brown particals in mesh poosible boiler contamination causing restriction to which once again cold water will win. question did any one take any pipes apart about 5 months ago????? as there are restrictors within the system.

Can not get answering machine to work. there is a letter A showing where the # of messages show.no message when some one calls, only a beep. message was left but never received. can not find my instruction...

Your machine is set to "Announce" instead of "Answer." Since you neglected to specify the model of your Uniden DECT 6.0 system I can only suggest you select it from the list beginning here to download a copy of the manual.

Descaling cycle will not run

You need to push the hot water button on the machine panel to allow water to run out of the steam wand. After a few seconds the machines ventilate message should clear.

Descale message won't go off screen after descale

Hi
My machine started doing the same about a year ago. We now have to manually turn off the message after every descale.

Go to menu - cycle through to descale signal, select (menu button), turn off & exit (esc)

The steam unit is taking FOREVER to steam a cup of milk. I have cleaned out the nozzle but it doesn't seem to help. Also, the ventilate message pops up now and again. I just had the machine serviced less...

Hi The first thing you need to do is go to your menu. Scroll down to water hardness and push the enter button. Use your up arrow and move the number to 4 if it is not already there. Push the enter button once it on 4 and then scroll up to descale machine and push enter. Have your solution (NOT VINEGAR) Citric Acid desolved in solution and put into water tank. Now open the knob for steam and let the machine do its thing. When it is all done it will say Finished descaling. Rinse out the water tank and put in fresh water. Close the knob and then reopen it again. When it finished rinsing scroll down to "Reset Descale" Push enter and chose "Yes" with the arrow and push enter. This will bring up a message when it needs to be descaled. You can also see hoew many coffee's you have made. Its just above the Descale Machine in your menu. Descale more often than Not Enough while keep your machine working well into the future.
