I believe Jenn Air will pay a portion or electronic parts replacement on their ranges less than 5 years old.
You might try unplugging the stove for 1 hour and this is supposed to reset the stove to factory settings

mY 27" WALL jENN air blows cold air out the vents when on cleaning cycle. The red buttons aren't lighted. The door locks, otherwise it bakes fine. I wonder if it is really cleaning?
The problem is likely bad capacitors on the clock module. I had the
same problem on a similar oven and fixed it by replacing the capacitors
on the clock module. Find someone who is good with electronics to help
you. The parts will be a few dollars at most. See

Further inspection found that the ribbon got damaged during the re-instalation of the clock board. A new front control board had to be ordered and installed.
sounds like you lost power to your stove. if you can't reset the clock, it needs to be replaced. in otherwords, the power outtage shorted out the clock.
