ownload FE Explorer from the link http://fexplorer.en.softonic.com/download/25347

Insert card into your phone but don't access it through phone.

Run FE Explorer and Open the path C:\system.

You will find a file called mmcstore ,rename the file mmcstore.txt

Copy that file(mmcstore.txt) to your pc and open that file in notepad.

You will find your password in that file.

Also visit :

After that you can able to format the memory card.

Unfortunately, there is no way of unlocking s40 Edition handset, you won't be able to retrieve your password, but at least you will be able to recover your memory card, so you can continue to use it. Thus, the only thing you are left to do is simply reformat the memory card. Still, if you haven't made a backup on your PC, you will, of course, lose all the data on the memory card.if it is still asking for code to do format then there is only two way to format memory card by avoiding entering password.
  1. USE DIGITAL CAMERA TO FORMAT MEMORY CARD.
  2. OR USE THOSE DEVICES OR COMPUTER WHICH RUNS ON PALM OPERATING SYSTEM.

hi friend, if you not entered any password into your memory card. then, connect your mobile with computer & select an option mass storage at connecting time. then, formate you memory card. then, disconnect your mobile from system. and again do formating by phone in file manger. your problem is fix.
