I get blue/ red light instead of red/blue wen m pairing wid my iphone

as any device just hold button down until blue or red light comes on
next allow in your iphone

On the iPhone, go into setting, then Bluetooth and select find new devices. On the BlueAnt, put that into pairing mode- Press and hold the green button on the BlueAnt until lights on the device blink red and blue.
When you see BlueAnt on the list of devices on the iPhone, select that. The code is 0000 and then it should pair.

clear any past stored passwords. reset unit and put into discovery mode. Usually holding the pair button for a few seconds puts the LED blue into fast flashing - discvery mode

1. Charge the headset:Headset is charged via USB cable, the light will be red when charging. When the battery is fully charged (about 2-3 hours), the red light of the headset will turn off automatically or the red light turns blue.
2. Turn on the headset:Press the on / talk button on the headset for about 5 seconds until the blue and red flashes alternately (or blue flashes or the blue lights all the time ), now the headset is ready to be connected to the iPhone.
3. Go to Settings, and tap Bluetooth. Turn on Bluetooth.
iPhone will automatically start searching for Bluetooth devices. Tap the device in the Devices list, then follow the onscreen instructions to connect to it. After matching successfully, the blue light on the headset will flash twice per time.
4. Call: when you finish all the above steps, you are going to talk via the Bluetooth headset. When there is incoming call, press the on / talk button, you can talk with Bluetooth headset, when you want to end the call, press the on / talk button, you can end the call.
5. Turn off the headset: Press the on / talk button for 5 seconds until the red light of the headset flashes quickly for twice, then release the button, the headset will be turned off.

Please press the power button for 10 seconds then the indication will keep blue instead of flickering. Then you can use your iphone search this earphone.

I assume you can find the button on the bluetooth headset which you can press and holds it for about few seconds until it turns on (usually there will be blue and red lights light up, NOTE: whenever both blue and red lights up, means it is in discovery mode!!! This is the right mode to pair with phone.)

And to setup the iphone. PLEASE follow up the instruction HERE, click "Settings" ---> General ---->

Bluetooth ----> Turn On Bluetooth -----> Select the Device Name (FIND the right name of your product and click!) ----> Ask for a passcode to pair (In general, it's 0000.)

Then, after you done that, you should be able to see only red light is popping on your headset which means your pair process is complete.

Just got off the phone with Apple and Blue Ant tech support.

If everything is workon g on both devices you probably need a memory dump on your headset.

1. Power off both devises
2. Power on iphone
3. Power on blue Ant - not in pairing mode - you should see 1 blue blinking light on MFB
4. Make sure iphone bluetooth is on and searching for devices
5. On Blue Ant, hold both volume buttons and MFB at the same time until you get a fast blinking blue light.
6. Check iphone it should now recognize device.
7. When Blue Ant shows up on phone press it so it completes the pairing priocess

i actually got this to work with my iphone 3G S. i pressed the little black button then saw a blue light flash, and then i pressed and held the + volume button and the call control button until it started blinking blue and red and my iphone picked it up instantly. it did take a couple of times to get the headset to go into pairing though
