I enter my PUK Code and then it asks me to enter a "New Pin Code", after verifying my new pin code, "Code Error" flashes up and i dont know what to do?

Just follow the instruction carefully as what the phone is asking.
Here is the steps :
If you got error lately,just turn off you mobile for 1 hour to reset the counter,cause if you continue entering wrong codes,the seem might be rejected or it goes like "simcard rejected
* turn on your mobile (mobile should be off for 1 hour to reset the counter) * if ask for the PUK code,enter it * If ask for a "NEW" PIN code,enter your new desired PIN code * If ask to verify the code,just retype your new desired PIN code.
Just relax, PINs and PUK codes are your right to know. They are unique for every connection. You can never get it from anywhere in the world except the Operators.
All you have to do is to call the service providers like T-mobile, Orange from landline or other cellphone and ask for the PIN and PUK agaisn that connection (SIM card). They will first authenticate your ownership and will give you your code in return.
Call your service provider(not phone maker) and tell them you need the puk code,They will have you read the # off the sim card and be able to give you the puk code.

You may enter wrong PIN three (3) times only. After that your PIN will be blocked!
To unblock, you need PUK. You can only enter wrong PUK ten (10) times. (This is as documented)
After entering correct PUK, you will be asked for NEW PIN.
So, when it says "PIN blocked. Enter PUK code", you must enter the PUK.If you correctly enter the PUK, it will asked for new PIN, by asking "Enter new PIN code:". Enter anything you want as your PIN. You will be asked to enter it twice (two times). From what I read from your post, you have done correctly, but you don't want to enter new PIN. There is no way SIM card/phone will use old PIN. The device doesn't know your PIN. So, you have to enter new PIN.
Every PUK code is unique so nobody can tell you your PUK number, but i will tell you what you can do! 1)
If you still have your packet that your Sim Card came in, you should
find your PUK number in there, if you don't have the packet, please
read bellow.
2) You must get a phone that is on the same network
as your phone and call the networks Customer Care and ask them for your
PUK number, they will ask you for your phone number, then they will
tell you your PUK number. Once you have done this, you will be able to
reset your Pin number so you will be able to go into your phone again.
