When you print from an internet site page and the Kodak box come up on your screen showing that it's printing, do not close this box until you've finished printing or it will print a blank page.

If the print tests are good, the only thing preventing your printer from printing is the print drivers. Download the latest correct drivers from Kodak's website and install them.
If you have the Kodak software installed on your computer, you should be able to open up the program and select the option to "Clean Printer Head". This may solve your problem. Also, where are you printing from? Have you tried printing from multiple sources (such as printing a photo through Windows Picture viewer, and printing a page from the internet)?

Try to print a picture in from the computer if it works then the printhead needs replacement (Call Kodak support).
If while printing picture still a black sheet is thrown out. Delete the Kodak printer icon from control panel > Printer and faxes . Restart the computer and re-connect the USB.
If these does'nt work try to COPY a pictue using only the printer, still u get a blank page try to install the ink cartridges and the printhead. Is still blank prints. The printer will be replaced
Us the printer stand-alone. Go to Maintenance do Printhead cleaning, Nozzle Alignment and Calibration. After that try printing a Test page.
IMPORTANT: You must have firmware version 6.011998 or greater on your printer. To upgrade firmware go to www.kodak.com/go/downloads. TEST PAGE Press the Menu and OK keys simultaneously. The demo image will print. - If the page still blank contact 1-800-421-6699 they can send you a printhead replacement.
