Did not found driver for windows 7 - GE MiniCam Pro HO98756 Webcam

Apparently the Belkin F5U109 and the F5U409 use the same chipset. The drivers were originally written by Magic Control Technology. I found a copy of the drivers that are reported to work with Windows 7 here: http://clearchain.com/downloads/Belkin_FU409/
Also I found someone that reported that the drivers for a similar Staples model also worked with Windows 7: http://www.product-support-staples.com/DisplaySKU.aspx?SKU=837560 and click Driver Software.

Open Device Manager, Uninstall the Graphic Card and driver, reboot the machine, allow Windows 7 to apply the generic driver, Open Windows Updates and run. OR, open Device Manager, display adapter, update Graphics adapter. OR, Use the eMachine windows vista 64 bit drivers. Download the Windows Vista 64bit driver and Save , open Properties, change compatibility to Windows 7. The problem with Windows 7 as you have found out is that older Windows (XP and back) based hardware drivers do not work on windows 7. There is seldom a fix other than just buying new hardware with drivers that work with Windows 7. I would google this and see if any fix shows up at the Microsoft support site that may offer a work around for the problem. I have an older printer that would not work with 7, I found that by using the basic driver of new model of my printer it would work, but without any special features, just prints and nothing else. I ended up buying a new Canon printer (less than $75.00) in the end so I could use the photo features.

Since windows 7 is fairly new a lot of drivers can't be found for windows 7 yet. and I don't think a Win 98 printer driver will be found fo 7 anytime soon.

Sounds like the usual problem of an unsupported webcam device driver due to Microsoft and the hardware manufacturers not developing drivers that are compatible with Windows 7. The MSI website has a download centre that can be found at this link but the search facility is pretty poor as it didn't display any results when searching for driver or webcam so perhaps the live update site found here would be more helpful providing they've released Windows 7 drivers for your webcam.

The Acer company offers support for such notebooks just for Windows XP and Windows Vista Operating Systems. For now Windows 7 installed on Acer Aspire 3610 has no support as drivers or troubleshooting.
What I am suggesting you to do to find your RIGHT DRIVERS is to download and to install DRIVER MAGICIAN Lite from HERE. This amazing software, once installed, will detect and will indicate for your operating system the needed drivers.

But HERE I've found a driver that you might need. Scroll down and see that some users that have installed it said it worked on Windows 7 also.

You may try by yourself following the rule of SUCCESS AND FAILURE...

Use the Vista 64 bit driver. konica Minolta drivers are/will be part of the system 7 load.

try the vista drivers. I noticed when I tried Windows 7 most of the drivers where vista drivers. If not try looking at the manufacture website for drivers, however not likely to find them this early in testing.
