Suspects its main digital board. But, before a replacement, contact any service technician, and make it sure. This board cannot be replace by the user, as, there might be a software update necessary after replacement.

my samsung when switched to the hdmi inputs comes up with a box saying not supported mode?? how ever shall i play my ps3 now?? can anyone help??

either the control panel board or the main board has a problem.probably channel change botton on control panel is stuck or shorted.

my samsung le32 tv is stuck on BBC 1 Mono. i cannot access the D menu or change on to any DTV channels. I am in an area that broadcasts in digital. the tv works ok if I connect a freeview box

find the ( d menu ) button on your remote then select ( chanel ) option then select ( auto store ) and press entter ! job done

Solved the problem the same way suggested above, strange how samsung know about the problem but yet still allow the user to change the firmware.

A master re-set for this model incase it's of use to anyone is info, then menu, then mute then power on the remote in series (not simultaneously as suggested by samsung support).

On a better note, samsung support were very helpful and the free of charge collection delivery service is very good.

do a reset in the service menu the turn the tv off and press..

info>menu>mute>power on

and go to the reset option. don't mess with any other setting in this engineer menu.

I have got samsung 40 lcd is working fine but dtv got stuck on one channel. Its not moveing from one channel I have tried everything. Its not workig. please can you email me your suggestion to solve this problem.

I have found the solution at last :)
Put the TV in standby and press these buttons in order
Info, Menu, Mute and Power on.
You will then see a hidden menu, on line 12 select reset
Bingo :)
