The mapping info is lost after the router and wifi change . Reconfigure the laptop settings for this . My previous answer would be invalid because you dis not mention WiFi

use disk utilty from system disk by restarting computer holding down c key then go into disk utility and try it.

Critical firmware error. Can be caused by invalid print commands, corrupt data, invalid operations or even electrical noise in the cable.

Turn off the printer, then turn it on.
Press Stop to clear the print job from memory.
Turn off and back on.
Print a document from a different software program.
If that document prints, go back to the first program that failed and print a different file.
If the error comes back, that file is corrupt.
If the message persists with different programs and print jobs have the formatter replaced.

You have to change the file associations for them to open with Print Shop. Select any Print Shop document, right click and select Get Info. Under the section Open with, there is a dropdown menu that shows the programs that open that file type. Simply select Print Shop and click Change All... button. Click Continue at the prompt and Print Shop should open all those file types.

1. Press MENU SCAN COPY SCAN to enter service mode
2. Use > to go to NVRAM ACCESS
3. Set ABS-M LEVEL to 0
4. Set ABS-P LEVEL to 0
