I am unable to find that model number for your unit but I did find another that was close and is also an LG Tromm click this link http://www.appliancepartspros.com/partsearch/frame_diagram.aspx?diagram_id=28702783&pkw_=basket&model_id=5520802&NewWindow=1 you would have to remove the bottom panel the one that has the drain filter attached to it by removeing the screws that hold the panel in place. Once the panel is removed then you would reach up along the side that the door lock assembly is on and you will see and feel a cord with a ring that you would pull and then your door would open once you pulled this cord. In some units if you unplug the machine for 7 minutes this also causes the control to reset and sometimes this also causes the door to be able to open once the control is reset. If you have any further questions message me back and please remember when our chat has fully concluded to rank how this opinion has helped in your appliance situation Thanks Rick
