We inherited a Kimball electric organ which has power but no sound. My husband took the back off and found that a white wire at the bottom of the speaker was broken. Where can we buy a white wire, which has foil inside the wire cover, to replace this broken wire?

You REPAIR the wire and or connection, not replace it... Find somebody with electronic skills to repair the wire. Should be a ten minute job at most with soldering iron and possibly insulating material or tape.

I have a very old Kimball Organ, Model # C3 PEC, Serial # 328356. I will turn on, has a static noise but will not play at all. Where do I start a Trouble Shoot?

Start by replacing all the capacitors, especially the ones in the power supply. That could very well fix your problem, will at least take down your noise

Why lower keys dont come on , on a kimball model 700-775

I think you are speaking of an organ.
Your organ has electronics inside it, and I believe the circuit board for the lower keys has a broken connection.
You should find an electronic organ repair place.
I just looked online and found several places.
Since you may be near to none of these, relay on your computer to find someone who can repair this circuit board.
They will have to tell you how to take it out of your unit.
God bless your efforts.

On my kimball 700 organ, the pedals make no sound.

This can either be an unplugged or dirty connector, or a blown circuit. If possible , get to the connectors on the pedalboard and clean them. If that doesn't fix it, call in a repairman.
