If green flashes you will need to change batteries.

1.Take out charging wires.
2.turn off your heli and insert charging socket into your heli's socket.
3.the charging green light will light up while charging.
4.charging complete, the green light will turn off.
5.pull out the wires and you are ready to fly. Let the heli's battery cool down for approx. 15 minutes before charging.

Did you turn the actual helicopter OFF? make sure that is switched OFF. Did that help?

I hate to ask the obvious I have a few airhogs red and green flashing lights could mean bad batteries in the charger
But I have also noticed the the quality iof the lipo battery they use is not very good sometime after15 or 20 uses that the battery just fails to charge
how ever those are replaceable at most hobby stores with a little technical Know how and a soldering gun sometimes it easy to just replace the toy
most of there heli and cars are around $30.00 or so so they can be alot of fun for 30 bucks good luck hope i have helped you in some way James...
