I inherited an old Bell and Howell 16 mm (no sound) Filmo Projector from my Dad who probably purchased it in the 1940--1950 era. It is still in fine condition. I am trying to secure an instruction manual for it. The details are as follows: Design 57 Model U 110 volts 7 amps 2" Incre Lite F 1.6 Would appreciate hearing if, by chance you have one for sale, and also if it tells what type of oil to use in the several inputs. I have the same model, came out late 1963 by the way, been looking for the service manual and parts myself on ebay, but no luck. The company that took over the projector parts for bell & howell was KMR Electronics 714-979-0400 SANTA ANA, CA. There website www.kmr.com seems to have disappeared though.

How do you replace the power cord on the Bell &Howell 253AR 8mm Projector? The old cord covering just crumbled away exposing the wires.
