Pressure sounds low. IPC could be bad, injector? Pump or pump out of time? To many things on the 7.3 engines that all cause the same symptoms.

Yes. Email cougarchemical.com with your model and serial number or you can contact them at 901-362-8373 tell them Danger Dave told you to call! The flat side of the seals always point outward from the pump. The cupped side faces in towards the pump. Best of luck!

You may need to have the pump replaced. Most Husky pumps under 3000 psi don't have parts available. If you bought it within two years, the pump should still be under warranty. Check with Home Depot for service centers near you. They should be able to verify if it qualifies for a free replacement based on the serial number.

Hot water heater insulation foam works just fine. cut to size instead of gasket!

Sounds like the governor is stuck. My pressure washer speeds up when it has to pump. Don't know if yours uses vacuum to trigger governor or direct linkage. Good Luck.
