You won't be able to find parts for that timer unless e-bay is selling used timer.

Paragon is no longer making timers and parts except defrost timers.

Intermatic crossover timer is 120Volt T1975, which sells for less and has replaceable 156T1978A trippers and WG733 clock motor. Relay is not replaceable part.

120 Volt timer.
When timer is ON, test across terminals 2 and 3 for 120 Volt
If 2 and 3 show 120 volt, then timer is delivering power on schedule. Look for loose connections. Loose wire nuts.
If 2 and 3 do not show 120 Volt, then timer has failed.
Suggest buy T101 as replacement for durability and generic replacement parts.

Can you show me paragon timer 4003-0 the wiring

1) Copy following links:
http://waterheatertimer.org/Paragon-timers-and-manuals.html#4000
http://waterheatertimer.org/images/Paragon-4000-series-wiring.jpg

2) 4003-0 is 120Volt timer so clock voltage is 120V
Timer can control 120V or 240V loads
Use diagram 3

3) Paragon is no longer making this timer or parts for timer.
If you purchased timer from ebay, then assume motor is bad or X2772 trippers are worn out.
Always buy new timers. Buy Intermatic and parts are easily available.

4) Replacement timer is Intermatic T101

I need a wiring diagram for a three phase paragon timer model number 8145-20.

Paragon 8145-20 is a 240VAC (2 phase) timer. I doubt you will be able to find a 3 phase type timer.

I would suggest you use this timer as a control and purchase either contactors or relays rated to handle the 3 phase load.

I need to get some trippers for my paragon hot water heater timer i believe it is a 4004-20....any suggestions where i might can purchase them....thanks bill

4000 series Paragon timer uses X2772 tripper
To check your model:
http://waterheatertimer.org/Paragon-timers-and-manuals.html

Midnight electric sells X2772 tripper
http://midlightelectric.com/firex/acatalog/FIREXPARAGONROBERTSHAW_X2772.html

That being said,
According to e-mail I got from Paragon last month, Paragon is no longer making timers or timer parts. Except for defrost timers. 4000 series is not a defrost timer.
This explains why some sellers of these trippers are asking $50 or more for $3 pair of trippers.

To change your timer to Intermatic.
Refer to Intermatic cross reference:
