Its locked to security code or Network Lock,it locked to Network means get the Network UNLOCK CODE from here

In security settings. phone and sim card. lock code i forget my password. if i put lock code 12345 mean it showing enter new lock code then i enter new password and last verify new lock code i enter after it showing CODE ERROR
The problem was when i chane a sim it was asking a security code i dont know the code

Alot of cell phone stores and kiosks will also unlock any cell phone for you for about $30.00. You may have to leave the phone with them and pick it up later like an hour or two later if they are busy.

let ur phone be openlined..a thing that called in philippines so that u can use any other network or sim card u want..just go to any cellphone shop then tell them..they automatically know what ur toking bout..
