Two Letters have disappeared

When I go in to try and type in an address I have 2 letters that are not right. The K is an i and the Q is gone, blank altogether???

I have the same problem

I know someone who can solve this problem

Same Problem. Started with 2 letters then went to several, now all I have are A,B,C,D and space bar where the E should be, all others blank.

I hooked up the USB and when it connected to me computer it fixed the problem. What's up with this issue ???

I have been having the same prob also but mine, just keeps on getting worse. I have tyed all of the other solutions, but I don't have a usb port I will try that next

I have the same issue only I have several duplicate letters and missing letters. It's on English in the settings

I have the same problem. Been using it hoping words would continue to auto complete, and now the problem is worse. Can anyone offer a repair suggestion?

I simply used my camera's USB cord and hooked it up to my Garmin and downloaded an update. Seems to be working fine now. It brought all my letters back perfectly.

same thing happened to mine, except it is the B and S. No pun intended... I push mode, then change it to british, and use the letters there. Inconvenient, and it doesn't fix the prob, but at least you can find what you are looking for.

That happened to me too, you are not set on English for some reason. go into settings and change it and you should be fine

I had this same problem. At first several letters were missing and then it got worse. Language was set to English. I hooked it up to the USB port on my computer and didn't download anything but just hooking it up to the USB port and turning it on reset the system. All the letters now appear.
