Lexmark Color JetPrinter Z25 InkJet-usb connect

My Lexmark Color JetPrinter Z25 InkJet-usb connect, wants to print all color prints in red. I have tried all troubleshooting suggestions at Lexmarks pathetic web site to no avail.
You arre the last hope for lexmark at my house.
