Try Ryobi on line for the part or a Ryobi service agent in your area. From experience it is generally cheaper just to get a new machine as the motor will be 2/3 the price of a new machine if you can get spares for it

When i put my power pak in the light come and go right back of and it would'nt charge

Could be the battery is fully charged. Otherwise if the light goes on and off, then the battery may need replaced. YOu can buy them online at a reasonable price.

Yepp, you can replace it..BUT...its more expensiv to buy a new battery then it is to buy a new hand drill...almost.
If you want to replace it i sugest you go to the store where you bought your hand drill and buy one there.
