It seems like the system is not booting properly. It is always better to you to call the apple toll free applicable for your country which you can find either on your warranty papers or the case. You can also try safe booting. Visit support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262

Find you apple install CD's and choose the one that says application install. as you turn in on try and put the CD in and hold down the D key this should run the disk before start up and allow you to run a hardware check.

My macbook white fell on the floor and now I only get the apple logo with spinning wheel and time bar. I have waited more then 15 minutes but no changes. I do not have the disk. I have tired safe boot,...

The time bar may be telling you that there's damage to the hard drive, or perhaps just your hard drive's main partition.
If your Mac is running OS X Lion or Mountain Lion, you should have a recovery partition with Disk Utility on it. Restart your Mac while holding down Command-R to boot into this instead of your regular partition. Follow Apple's instructions on how to use Disk Utility to see whether the hard drive is damaged or just corrupted (and potentially corrupted).

The white screen will appear, but the apple logo never shows up. It just sits there with the white screen, and my main screen never loads. after waiting a while, a folder logo where the usual apple logo...

You will need to put in the Mac install DVD, once that loads up on your computer on the main bar go to utilities and then disk utility. from there click repair disk. If this fails you will have to reformat your disk and install a clean version of Mac.

My apple macbook air will not reboot. it turns on but does not reboot completely then it shuts down and tries to reboot again and again. apple logo appears and the spinning icon rotates but never goes...

It may be a possibility that the hard drive has gone bad or a connection to the hard drive. The spinning wheel and apple signify the kernel boot, or in other words, the process in which the machine finds the hd and os/software.. you need to bring your machine into an authorized repair center to have a system diagnosis to verify that no other parts of the machine are bad. That model is notorious for having bad hd's.

Help with my macbook air, it shows only the apple logo and a spinning wheel

Power the machine down. Press the power button to turn it on. After you hear the startup chime, press and hold the shift key. This will trigger an extended file system check and a safe boot. Continue holding the shift key down until you see the spinner, then you can release it. If it doesn't boot completely after this, you will have to bring it in to an Apple-certified tech for repair.

Macbook - screen white/blank after turning on

Sounds like it could be a corrupted OS; have you tried forcing it to start up with the OS disk, holding down the 'C' key? That's the first place to start...

If it won't start up like that, you probably have a hardware problem. (You can get excellent troubleshooting guidance at: http://www.ifixit.com/Guide/Mac/ ) depending on your level of geekness, and assuming the warranty is expired?

Good luck
